I have to admit I'm the worst when it comes to multitasking. It is so full of things that I need to do that I can never concentrate fully on just doing one thing at a time. I find myself in the middle of one task thinking about doing another task and missing important piece of the tasks that I'm currently doing. Does that make sense you guys do that as well?
I feel like sometimes I'm constantly running around my brain is full of things that I need to do but I forget about task in hand. If only we could live in the moment concentrate on the colors smell the feel the touch you think your five senses, or your mom secret son, to really enjoy the time that you have right now.
I'm going to tell you right now.! Stop doing more than one thing at a time! Stop thinking about what you need to do and enjoy the things that you are doing.
Just think about all the things that you are missing in the moment when you're thinking about something else. even when it's the day-to-day craziness of cleaning the house packing up lunch putting the kids to bed stop braids look around and soak it all in.
