Today I took the day off the get Sh*t done. I'm sure we've all been there when the "to do" list just get's so long you don't have time to even think about it. I've learned that the best way to get things done it to stop thinking about it and JUST DO IT. quoting Nike... I know, I know what you're thinking because I do the same thing. Time is running out after a long day at work, running around with the kids and then just NOT having the energy or motivation to do any more at the end of the day.
It's okay to take sometime to yourself and get things done, even if it's not on your "to do" list but you just need sometime to yourself. I'm telling you it's okay to feel that way, it's okay to need a break. Mama, friend, sister, lady... we all have a lot on our plate, if you don't take some time off... I mean some real time off then you're going to feel overwhelmed and not be yourself.
